Doug Sandberg is the Architect, Developer and General Contractor for this project. The home is intended to be an exemplary model for building both ‘green’ and cost-effectively. The lot is an unusually narrow lot, just 18’ wide, requiring a multi-level solution to maximize both space and views of the park. The project is located on Warren Park, at the Robert Black golf course. Construction is expected to be complete in 2009.
